Getting There and Getting Home

Where do I park, and how do I get to camp?

Park at Boston North Technology Park, 110 Haverhill Rd, Amesbury. There is no parking at camp. Shuttles run to camp every 15 minutes starting at 4:00 p.m., and the last shuttle leaves the lot at 5:15 p.m.

How do I get home at the end of the night?

Return shuttles run from 8:40 to 9:45 p.m. To leave earlier, find an event committee member to arrange a ride to the lot.

Rideshares may drop off and pick up at camp, but availability in Amesbury is limited and waits can be long. With a full bar all evening, please make a safe plan to get home.

I need accessible arrival or another accommodation. Who do I contact?

Email events@bauercrest.org in advance and we will make arrangements.

Where is check-in?

In front of the Big House, 4:00 to 5:15 p.m. Bring your ID, pick up your nametag, and put a credit card on file.

The Evening

What is the schedule of events?

4:30 p.m. Cocktail hour by the pool
5:40 p.m. Group photo
6:00 p.m. Main reception and dinner in the tent
7:30 p.m. Live auction and entertainment
9:00 p.m. Camp Alma Mater

Please be poolside by 5:40 p.m. for the group photo.

What can I expect?

A night celebrating 95 years on the hillside — and a real chance to build the future of camp on our road to 100. Bid on live auction items, win raffle prizes, and give through the paddle raise.

What should I wear?

Blue and white summer best! We are on grass, so choose shoes that will not get stuck. Evenings can cool off, so bring a layer — and bug spray.

What if it rains?

Rain or shine. We will adjust the event as needed for weather.

What will I eat?

Appetizers and cocktails by the pool, then dinner stations with a variety of options during the program. A full bar all evening. Kosher style, but not kosher.

Who will I sit with?

Purchased tables have reserved seating; your table number will be printed on your nametag. All other guests may choose any open seat.

Auction, Raffle, and Payment

How does payment work?

At check-in, every guest will be asked to put a credit card on file.

Your card will only be charged if you make a purchase, win an item, or commit during the paddle raise — settled in a single charge at the end of the night, with nothing to sign as you go.

Do I need cash?

No — we prefer credit cards, and purchases, prizes, and paddle raise commitments are billed to the card on file at the end of the night. To pay by cash or check, see an event committee member before you leave.

Can I buy raffle tickets in advance?

Raffle tickets will be sold onsite only.

Can I preview the auction items?
Yes — here is what is up for grabs.
